3. Payments
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to charge late fees on unpaid balances.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
5. Property Access
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and clear access to the property and solar panels. Desert Solar Care is not responsible for delays caused by restricted access.
6. Limitations of Liability
Desert Solar Care will take all reasonable precautions while performing services. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damages to solar panels, roofing, or electrical systems. By booking our services, you agree that Desert Solar Care is not responsible for indirect or incidental damages.
7. Weather Conditions
Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions.
8. Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will work to resolve the issue.
