At Desert Solar Care, we are committed to providing high quality solar panel cleaning and maintenance services, the following refund policy applies:

1. No Refunds After Service Completion

Once a service has been completed, we do not offer refunds. Our services are labor-based and cannot be reversed once performed.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns, which may include a follow-up visit to correct any issues.

3. Deposits (If applicable)

If a deposit is required to schedule a service, it may be refundable if the appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Deposits may be forfeited for late cancellations or no-shows.

4.Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.

5. Weather-Related Changes

If services are delayed or cancelled due to unsafe weather conditions, customers will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

6. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in rare cases at the sole discretion of Desert Solar Care, particularly if a service was not performed as agreed.
